Short Term Rental - Sleep Number Bed in Master

Alan Paluska
Posted

Hello,

I recently purchased a beach condo in Gulf Shores, AL and plan to use personally 50% but rent it out during peak season.  I love my sleep number bed but I am worried that would not be a good fit for a rental.

Does anyone have experience with Sleep Number bed in STRs?

What are the best mattresses that appeal to the widest audience?  Soft , Medium, Firm, Pillow top??

Appreciate any and all insights.

Alan
