The only lower form of life in RE are those who promote wholesaling basically turning people into birddogs or joining some system, they are the straw-man of the straw-men, giving stories of fantastic deals.

This HUD ruling has been around for several years, in is in keeping with the primary mission of HUD to promote home ownership, not business opportunities.HUD was put in place by congress and given regulatory powers under federal law.

There are also community responsibility aspects that ensure you're allowed to stay in business.Next, understand too that RE, especially the internet, is full of promoters having motives to profit from mentoring, coaching, selling books, programs or other materials that are hyped in marketing products or services.

We do marketing and promotions for nightclubs and private events.

Be careful about how you word your promotional materials. :)
