In fact I will hop on a plane and go out there and open up shop and buy them myself (I am not kidding either) but I would imagine that if you had these same #'s on an SFR and had some serious rehabbers they would get snagged up pretty quickly!

You better get with the planing and zoning folks before you buy (or make an offer) to see if such a plan is feasible, I don't think with .88 and a shared drive you have a very good chance, but it might work.
