In fact I will hop on a plane and go out there and open up shop and buy them myself (I am not kidding either) but I would imagine that if you had these same #'s on an SFR and had some serious rehabbers they would get snagged up pretty quickly!

Living in Austin, Texas, I think I can continue to get solid returns in Central Texas and in Houston without having to hop on a plane to view my portfolio.

You better get with the planing and zoning folks before you buy (or make an offer) to see if such a plan is feasible, I don't think with .88 and a shared drive you have a very good chance, but it might work.

Would you "fudge" the rules of gravity when putting together schematics for a plane?

I'm willing to spend substantial amounts of time in my remote market, but I need it to be scheduled ahead of time--I just can't jump on a plane every time a toilet needs to be fixed.
