@Brian Burke I suspect deal flow in Sonoma county to be next to nothing... same time effort and money put into just being a RE broker would make far more money than wholesaling is my thought.Aaron  you may want to wonder south and east a little over towards Solano county much better odds there lots of military and monitories  and those tend to be the transient folks.  

I know this may sound like a silly request but I'm currently in the military but I will be separating in the next 17 months and trying to decide where to start off my RE career.

Camp Lejeune is right there at my place in N Topsail Beach, so really coastal, but the southest NC should be the place to post about general military REI IMO.

I live in Eastern N.C. by two major military bases.

This awesome RE agent, who is former military (and about 6' 3") then informed the squatters (posing as tenants) that they had a 30-day notice to vacate or be removed.

From your picture it looks like you are in the military.

There are markets that would probably be more immune to recession, such as markets near military bases, universities, hospitals, other vital industries and large concentration of government employees.
