Till this DAY people are STILL doing this lunacy.No my dude.It is not the verbiage.It is whether or not you can convince them you are legit, capable of buying their house in cash, have the money, experience and know-how to do so.So you honestly think you can do all that with a weird mailer  (especially when the seller gets 30 fo them a week?)

Sam and I was in a Mastermind together a while ago... although I don't know what he does in his group I can vouch that he is a legit guy and cares a lot about his people.

Do any of you have virtual numbers or do you find that your PMS software or messaging through Airbnb and other booking platforms are able to fulfill you communication needs while keeping your personal cell information private?

The 10% rate is legit; they just take 10% off the top and send you the rest of the income at the end of the month.  

If they are a new business, ask for a letter from a CPA (make sure they are legit).
