I've never marketed it to groups larger than 8, so I don't get as much rent as I could.  

Almost everything is on a spectrum, it’s not a binary choice. 

Put in a decent quality three or four bulb light in larger rooms and two bulb in smaller office/bedrooms.Think about the math, if you have 10 rentals with ceiling fans in all the living rooms and bedrooms. 

So, you will still have good choices when you move out.
