Even if you don't find a loophole you are comfortable with, you are still building equity in your new house over a year until you can either house hack it, re-fi and buy another, or even save up buy a 2nd and then re-fi and buy a 3rd!

It's not cheap to live here in Los Angeles but it's not cheap to live in New York either but people love both cities and want to be where there are opportunities.If people can afford to live in both Los Angeles and New York they'll do it even if the taxes are high. don't forget North side Chicago  and Boston along with Seattle in the high priced category. and even Charleston SCI just sold a house that I built in Charleston for just a TAD under 1000 a foot.. pretty cool for mid deep south

There will be one of these in each unit.I will offer the highest level of Wi-Fi internet, as all TV service will be streaming.Two units are in one building together and four units are in another building together, so the Wi-Fi can be shared I will only need two services.

The alternative is that we are both currently establishing ourselves in industries that allow remote/freelance work here while on the path to FI, and instead of teaching down there I can do volunteer projects.
