Or the chances of me finding someone like this is almost the same as attempting to find a needle in the hay stack, and the gruesome reality of it all is that majority of deal syndicators are not really brokers.. and simply can not have both hats on... as the broker and the syndicator...

I realize this may be old hat and nothing you have not heard before, but from what I’ve seen across different markets it’s silly for me in an entirely different market from you to tell you to get on board with AirBnB, when you’re already saying VRBO/HA has always been your bread and butter.

One business which was nationally branded and had stores all over the US was apparently doing some black hat SEO work (obscenely large amounts of link building all of a sudden, posting links on completely unrelated sites, keyword stuffing etc.) and Google dropped them from the first page to the 14th page.
