Many of these almost retired people did not save for retirement for whatever reasons....and will only rely on SS and perhaps a small savings.... this is a hard known fact....Great for those who will continue to afford living here..... the good thing is that there is an option.... and many Americans are going South of the border....Mexico is still close....where they can go back and visit their loved ones or they can be visited there as well....thanks for your comments,

I kind of understand this method as far as having to pay yourself a reasonable salary and then be taxed only on that, but the question that I have is whether or not you have to follow all the formalities of a full blown S-Corp, or is it the same as an LLC with just a better tax advantage?
