I think it is good for agents and wholesalers to work together.

A school for agents is a great start, after the school you can decide to be an agent or not as you'll understand the implications of agency responsibilities.

It'll be nice to discuss opportunities in DE, as well as swap referrals for agents, contractors, lawyers, accountants, etc.
