I am writing for anybody who may be doing the same thing, if someone wants to learn about how we are doing it, or if anyone has any advice from lessons learned, or encouragement for the road ahead. 

Just arrived in US on initial visit and have had some interesting and encouraging experience talking with two well established credit unions .....Also exploring direct lending with some renovation folks plus a multi unit group.
