It’s probably a smart move that you did not allow the seller to talk you into closing prior to having access/possession of the property.

Fees should be clearly stated in writing, easy to understand, and justifiable.

It’s an easy way to buy rentals for free. 

Most of the tax schedules follow pretty easy to follow math, (IE- multiply line 7 by 50% & enter on 1040 line 11).

The most basic step is to ensure that our form is in a highly visible, easy-to-access location where visitors can simply fill in their name, email, phone number, and property address.It’s honestly ridiculous that the BBB accreditation is ABOVE the form where the lead should input their details for your acquisition agent to contact them!
