I want to be able to donate money to charities.

Mostly donatable clothing and what not but definitely some diamonds in the ruff in the left overs. 

I would propose a few extra days for pick up and then say their possessions will be disposed of or donated to charity on such and such a date.

However, by understanding the benefit of donating the property to charity, and walking away, would be my suggestion.There are so many charitable planning techniques that, will allow Ray to receive income from his purchase of real estate while generating tax benefits, I can't discuss them all here on BP.

I donated over $40,000 last year and this year to charity - I care about humanity, and making a difference.   

Charge one of two ways:  A small host annual subscription or a per stay fee that would be a true donation - less a tiny admin fee for maintenance, then provide a guest the option to either match that donation or a force a small minimal amount. 

The article notes that the media companies have donated space, which means nothing since they have it in spades at the moment.
