Several niches have piqued my interests..particularly multi-family(house hacking)...foreclosures..and fix and flips..am seeking a mentor in the Nashville area..who would take an eager to learn..willing to do what's ever asked of him under his/ her wing...need me to swing a hammer..ME...help with demo..ME...go to the courthouse, to do research..ME...They say men NEVER ask for directions..well I'm here to dispel that adage...Give me a chance..you won't be disappointed!!!
