Several niches have piqued my interests..particularly multi-family(house hacking)...foreclosures..and fix and flips..am seeking a mentor in the Nashville  area..who would take an eager to learn..willing to do what's ever asked of him under his/ her wing...need me to swing a hammer..ME...help with demo..ME...go to the courthouse, to do research..ME...They say men NEVER ask for directions..well I'm here to dispel that adage...Give me a chance..you won't be disappointed!!!

My advice to buyers is always: Run your own numbers (based on your situation and goals), and offer an amount where 1) you'll be happy if you get it, and 2) you won't be disappointed if someone outbids you.
