Threats only.

Guy says Ok.8hrs (7:30 pm) later he says im threatening to them and wants to fight, calls me a child says im ungrateful (hes obviously intoxicated) confused I ask him what's going on and clarify these threats as a notice about violating the lease & ramifications due to their lack of responses and possible altercation (not the first time 1 of 4 times reported altercations) I also call the police and report him harassing me. he isnt at the house at this time.He continues to use foul language towards me, calling me names etc and keeps telling me to fight him.

It took awhile to catch him and see where the materials went, he cleaned it up with the threat of fraud, paid off the obligation, late I'll add, but it was paid.

I had owned my place less than 3 months when this first letter arrived with the threat of eviction with it.  

Buyers are threating a law suit if I do not close.

Somewhat of a blind threat... but not to her personally.  

I'm thinking of subscribing to Rentometer, especially since they have a $45 a year special going on for Cyber Monday.

Death threats were recently made against us and we have been harassed/threatened by this person a couple times before.

So far when I have called the tenant threat of needing to evict them and explained the consequences in my market of an eviction and missed rent payments they have all folded and left without the need to evict. 

I know in my area many owners got scared in the last few years at the threat of total shut down of the business.In Ohio, it might not be a concern.
