Both Airbnb's and hotels have their places in the market, though I do agree that I've seen more people shift their travel towards Airbnb as bigger groups can often make travel much cheaper by renting bigger houses while having separate bedrooms, being able to cook is often a huge plus as well. 

I just prefer the cookie cutter American Dream subdivisions. 

You should also bring in donuts, candy, cookies, cake or anything that helps them remember you.

If i was going to a cookie cutter sub divisions i'd play safe and quote my normal prices. dont kid yourself that contractors don't feel this way.
