So now you aren't reading directly from your script, your just filling in answers on a lead sheet or on an app on your phone/tablet/computer.You do have to become very familiar with what is contained on the script, so you are not "Umming" & "Awing" and sounding like a robot reading something.

Yellow Letter words on the lines issue

Tablet paper isn't printed and bound evenly so when you tear out the sheets the lines aren't lined up the same.You'll find that more expensive brands are better and the other solution is to create a lined document and print on blank paper two sided.And mailing words over lines is much better than not mailing.
