It’s the plant (flowers) themselves that are really pungent, so if people don’t store it (or the used burnt bits) in a closed container, the smell from that is noticeable.

One other thing I'd suggest is giving them hand written cards at unexpected moments.Ex. if you have balconies and they have flowers on them you can give them a note saying you love the balcony.I'm doing this at a 168-unit class C community and it's amazing the responses we get.

Not worth the thousands I'd lose having a vacancy if they left over the $200, though they have a dog and a bankruptcy thus a hard time finding a place to live, so unlikely.Details:Mind you, I lived in this house for 2 years myself and only ever got one notice a year to weed my flower beds, just like everyone else did.For the past 8 months, I've received an HOA parking or other violation every other month on these people.
