I can't tell you how many times I've seen the plan of: wholesale to make $x, use the $x to rehab and flip to make $y, use $y to purchase buy-and-hold for $z in cash-flow.

If you put a property under contract for X, and assign it to someone for Y, to make the arbitrage of Z,....that to me appears to be a de facto net listing, which is illegal in most states.

If you walk in the P&Z dept on N Jog rd, you can sit down with the on duty planner, talk about what's currently allowed on a particular site, get a lot of info., and get pointed in the right direction.
