The wicked world of wholesale for a beginner

Hey everyone! This is my first post so please forgive if i mess anything up, quick question

I know there are a million questions about this, but i promise this is different! I listened to a BP podcast about wholesaling properties and got interested, but being that i have a sales background, i look at wholesaling no different than sales (marketing campaigns, cold calling 100 people, etc.) not a get rich quick scheme, i would love to hear some of your guys stories on wholesaling and connect with you as well.

Though here are my questions

1. Why do you think most wholesalers fail?

2. If i decide to pursue wholesaling, i plan on investing $3,500 to $5,000 into the business, do you think that is enough? Or should i have more

3. What is the best way to learn A-Z on wholesaling? ( i don’t want to get caught up in some fake guru course)

4. How long does it take (in your opinion) to scale your business to about $2,000 to $5,000 a month?

5. Since i am 20 and wanting to get my feet wet, if i pursue this, should i take lower assignment fees?

Thank you so much and i hope i can connect with you all deeper, have a blessed day!
