You should locate a good used appliance supplier.  

My full-time job is as a General Manager for a local building material supplier that delivers drywall throughout Central Iowa.

Electric Distribution Companies and third party electric suppliers are required to credit customers at retail rate for each excess kilowatt-hour produced and back fed to the grid for later use.

This argument is just so outrageous that I'm frankly surprised their lawyers bought off on it.I've led Strategic Sourcing groups for two Fortune 500 companies before, where my sole job was to negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers and draft contracts with our corporate legal teams, ranging in amounts of up to tens of millions of dollars.  

During this Covid-19 debacle I was able to make a deal with my Chinese suppliers (I run a small Amazon seller's business utilizing my contacts from over a decade in Asia) to get a good price on surgical masks.

A nationwide report will get the bulk of all US counties (depending on the supplier), but it's never going to be 100%.
