I like the southwest side (Orange line).

I work for Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Southwest out of Strongsville.

Everything out there seems so close after spending my entire life in the American Southwest.

I don't know the area very in depth, but I do know they're building a casino to the southwest of the city right now.

Even in South West Ohio there are opportunities for buying into appreciation.

Jefferson County still technically allows vacation rentals, but damn, they're capricious with their permits and just recently revoked the permit of one of my STR clients' Airbnb for what seems like arbitrary reasons.Park County, which stretches from a little bit southwest of Denver all the way to just south of Breckenridge, still allows STRs and the cash flow is better there than in some other areas.

Would be interested to know why...I am looking at a couple areas in the city right now...East - mainly broadway east and maybe slightly into Oliver...West - Upton and other areas boarding midtown (Bolton Hill)South - pig town, violetville, and maybe some other wares in that south/west/county corner

CC to be used exclusively for property.2. open separate checking accounts for deposits and ongoing balances in personal bank account. auto payments (rent, utilities, mortgage payment) and deposits to/from checking account. open rewards credit card (ie. southwest) to be used exclusively for this property. ( will have about 6k in upfront furnishing and upgrades costs). 3. one of the above options but CC pays all bills (rent, utilities, mortgage payment .. not to ever carry a balance) and checking account receives all deposits.4. one of the above held within a bank account separate from my personal funds.
