I am interested to create online ''middle man business'' (i don't like to call it ''agency'' because i prefer word ''middle-man'' or ''middle-woman'') which would be based on top class quality SEO marketing to be well visible and well known for worldwide sellers who would contact me for online marketing their property (original, seller's, price to be increased for my fees).

Have a website that is the highly ranked in terms of SEO for your local area for common motivated seller keywords, be able to convert those eyeballs to leads at a consistent rate based on your content and then be able to convince those leads to sell at a high rate based on your salemanship skills.If you can do those three things, you'll be golden...
