It may be called something differnt in your area but if you say land records most people will know what you are taling about.

You as the landlord need to know if the applicant is employed and able to make the rent payments reliably.I would just do a quick google search on the applicant and see if you can find their social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
