So to you guys and girls who have made the jump from 10 houses to 50 or more, what are some of the systems and methods you have used to increase your volume?? 

Hello guys and girls I am looking for a real estate agent to work with a real estate investors I would like be quick on my deals.

My baby girl is now 17 months and I'm jumping back into the game with both feet and excited to hit the pavement.

If I would have let those that laughed at me bring me down I would not be able to stay at home with my 10 month old baby girl and work all at the same time.With that said, my advice to you is to start out with a Realtor that knows the area, and it seems like @Beau Miller will be a good one since he is a Realtor AND investor.

Well this girl came along and was more than happy to come over and help out with painting, stripping wall paper, and cleaning up the place while I was there every night after work rehabbing a couple of the units.
