Service of Process includes delivery of legal documents such as complaints, summons, and/or subpoenas.In short, this is how the Florida court and legal systems works.

In some other markets this same store does delivery but not here yet. 

@Joshua Smith - you said the checks were sent certified mail; what does the post office have to say about the failed delivery of certified mail?

I wish they could leave video clips here so the delivery was as intended.  

I mail them, when I do, I wait a week to give time for delivery.

Buy everything on wayfair.com and use thumbtack.com and takl.com to find people to bring the deliveries in, put them together, and set things up.

If title evidence or survey reveal any defects which render the title unmarketable, Buyer will have 7 days from receipt of title commitment and surveyto notify Seller of such title defects and Seller agrees to use reasonable diligence to cure such defects at Seller's expense and will have 30 days to do so,in which event this transaction will be closed within 10 days after delivery to Buyer of evidence that such defects have been cured.

I have always been of the mindset that it is the tenant's responsibility to get the rent to my PM, not vice versa, via mail, personal delivery, ACH, etc.

If a certified or registered letter is refused, with return receipt requested, the letter will be marked refused delivery or similar note and returned.
