If it’s so awesome, why wasn’t it adapted en mass years ago?

@Keleisha Carter We’re never really ready, it’s like having children you adapt and you make it work.

The unforeseen issues and adapting the plan are acceptable overages.

Just wanted to see how everyone else out there is adapting to these changes as the Fed is pretty confident on a total of four rate hikes this year (yikes!).

Since excel works well and I spend 1-2 hours a month doing accounting, the pain of changing far outweighs the pain of not changing.My guess is at some point when Excel starts to not cut the mustard or it takes too much of my time (the latter is probably the more realistic point), I'll get a firm to do it for me and at that point, I don't care what they use as long as I get the reports I need (which I'm sure I would).Again, I'm sure other folks use a variety of other programs but once you've gone down one path it's easier to stay that way and just adapt.  

@Brian Ellis Thanks Brian, yeah I believe I will be the same way of rolling with the punches and just adapting as I go.

Space is easy to repurpose and more adapted to current styles of worship.

It will be up the the Cities to adapt policies and change a few ordinances to make the spaces usable.

Both successes as well as the failures, and adapting as you go.

An adaptive reuse project like that you're looking at about $125-$150 PSF in Chicago.
