My idea was to set a date for an as is auction and put out signs, flyers, and social media ads for the auction the week leading up to it.

I'd tell them to stay at a hotel/motel or STR for 3 weeks and put their stuff in storage.

Next week my 2nd installment of property taxes are due.

@Nina PenuelaOne of the things we have seen, specifically in Ohio and Indiana is local building authorities target out of street owners with ridiculous fines and make life miserable.Had one where the porch light was out and charged a $50 fine.Another one claimed grass was not cut because it rained for 1+ week and did a $400 fine.

@Michael Norris I called the banks, took them over a week to realize what was going on and freeze the accounts.

Parts required and it will be a week to get fixed.

@Levi Perl In this instance I’d give them 60 days notice of the increase and then they can think about it for a couple weeks before their 30 day notice would be required if they’re moving.

After 4 weeks I realized the problem here is not finding a equity or debt partner and no even convince the Seller to go Subto.

It is still going to be a business that you run and work 30 to 40 or maybe 60 hours a week, but it will be yours.
