A ton of the yard washed away because the grass was all torn out from the retaining wall installation and so we tried to put sod in to counter some of that which backfired and washed away the soil beneath the sod.

Since I charge clients separately for the cleaning, there is no cost difference to me to rent it for 3 nights v 6 or 7 nights, other than having to wash the linens and provide a fresh set of toiletries twice in the week as v. once.

I brought in my foundation man to peek at the joist(s) under where the washing machine closet is to be sure I didn't need to have the joists tied together for added stability before bringing in my washer & dryer stackables.
