I am able to consistently pay down the HELOC using my personal paychecks and some early rental income, and I am making progress, though there is a good balance currently.I'm thinking about changing these all to fixed 30 year mortgages.

Not sure if I'm just looking to vent or if there's even a question here....Last 2 years my agent and I have been consistently searching the mls and zillow for deals while I work on networking and educating myself on finding off market deals.I finished my first flip over the summer and it closed in August.

Some of the restrictions that I found out is that you need to work in the same company or at least proof of consistent work history for at least 2 years (correct me if I'm wrong).
