When meeting up with realtors i already managed to stumble across what seems to be a great 5-plex deal!

Won't need the full term as I will pay this one off much sooner, but nice to have the option with using the owner's money in case I stumble across another "just can't refuse deal" in the meantime.

To me, it sounds like you know a lot more about inner city restoration than you say.You identified many of the major stumbling blocks: "the rules", negative role models, substance abuse, not cooperating with the police, mass displacement all at once, etc.
