I stumbled upon this site while doing some research for work. I work in institutional fixed income sales (new to that) and have been seeing some whole loans so I wanted to learn a bit a about whole loan sales. I am already very appreciative of those of you with knowledge about this topic and real estate investing who decide to share with the rest of us. I am looking to delve into the real estate investing part at the end of 2013 and already have found this site to be a magnificent resource. What I am really looking for is information on different ways to find financing. Anything will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all once again.
