They had been installed a few months prior-shortly after there were reviews all over amazon indicating that this same thing can happened to countless other people.Second place is certain types of guests who have unrealistic expectations  and you literally cannot make happy-those that probably wouldn't even be content with a 5-star hotel stay.

Hostesses need those 5 star reviews.
