High population areas and small towns or rural areas have a personality about them, Need to understand that personality and the drawing card of an area, then you'll understand the society, social and economic make up and your marketing influences.

I think people are changing society is changing and like any profession we need to stay in touch with our market.We can no longer make decisions solely based on bottom line without weighing in quality of life.We are offering a product and any product can be marketed and targeted and positionedany way we like. there are so many factors that will determine how you market and offer your product.  

I also tried to say something of the effect that this is the byproduct of a capitalistic society - should I feel bad about being a software engineer, for instance, because I know that machines one day could replace human labor? 

The flip side of that is that there are certain floors that we, as a society, have decided to institute.

Most of society has a fear of losing out mentality and that others are moving ahead while they are stuck.

Mobile home parks are a very good form of investment for today's crowded, over dense societies.

I have desired to be a (HUGE) developer and I meet them at events and meetups but they all act like its a "secret society" AND OR competing developers into there business.

Women have often and sometimes still are defined by their marital status in society, The truth is that women have much to offer in the financial sector and slowly women are gaining the confidence and power to break the glass ceiling.

So in my mind those who graduate from those institutions really get a leg up on the rest of society.. but like anything not all of those who graduate from those schools go on to have fabulous careers or life.. just look at the lady from Thernos she just got indicted..
