If you have seed money (cash, self-directed retirement funds, etc.), good credit and the ability to conduct detailed due diligence on investment opportunities, you can build a team that will help you.  

I am an avid lurker and have soaked up as much information as I can, but reading about a project and actually doing it are two different beasts.

Hey everyone,My name is Chris, been interested in REI for a number of years and am finally going to just jump in to soaking up all the information I can.

They are so porous they soak any moisture up and retaine the odor. 

I think I will start by soaking up as many forums, podcasts, videos, and articles as I can and then I am sure I will have more questions.I'm trying to balance this new found passion with the work in my MBA program, SO much reading all together!

I've also found that folks often have junk phones and I need to get pictures, txt on short turn around and am willing to seed my work with my own phone if it takes.
