I've also created a call script to help the calls flow more smoothly 3)As for financing I don't have 100% of that figured out I have some money for a down payment but depending on the size of Park I can line up it may not be enough so my hope is to get seller financing ( I'm mainly targeting mom and pop owners and I hear it's quite common in this niche) so I have more negotiating room with the terms or try to find an equity partner.
