I agree with @Liam Goble You and your other tenant should not be required to shoulder those decisions.

I watched over a contractors shoulder as he tiled the shower because I wanted to learn how to do that too.You can't possibly be any more insulting and your level of misogyny in your multiple and continued accusations is beyond disgusting.  

Just them being owned free and clear, makes me happy because its like a boulder lifted off my shoulder.
