The insert looked amazing and comes with little shelves and even foot rests to put your leg up on if you are shaving your legs.

My "compromise" with myself is that I pay 1/2 of my mortgage payment every two weeks, resulting in 1 extra payment / year and shaving about 5 years off the loan.

I found a big safe hidden and cemented under the flooring in one house..It took me 2 full days to grind the lock out and all I found in it was lots of metal shavings :-(

Look at the guy in the mirror when you shave each morning. 

I'm guessing you will shave 6-18 months off of it and be debt free that much sooner.

Ended up shaving off a few months from the original 30, nothing significant.

I used spray foam to fill the rust holes and painted it white with a roller .  

However, if you do need to remove it - ie. you were going to put 1-2" of rigid foam insulation over the exterior of the house -  it is one of the asbestos abatements which can safely be done yourself.  

Plan of action: re-seal the light and shave off the bottom of the doors upstairs. and no more long tea time in the bathroom :)
