If you buy a house off the MLS that has obvious, visible mold in it and treat the house to get rid of it, do buyers or inspectors ever have negative reactions towards the house because of this.

My quick reaction is that if it's just that her style is rude in the distinctive way lawyers can be rude (brusque, condescending) when you deal with her, that's an annoyance but not a major problem.

One has merit and will be addressed the other 3 don't (like I want the deck stained) and probably won't be done.I'm sure that this list is just a knee jerk reaction to being called on the carpet.Obviously I'm not going to renew them when it comes up next year.

She makes a good income, which would be verified and one kid.The upside is , she may have problems finding a place for the next few years so if she does pay, she may be a long term tenant.I know what the gut reaction is, just wondering if anybody has had success with this type of tenant.
