@Noah Johnson, if it is a pure investment and you will not move to part of the house and rent the ADU/DADU/Finished basement, for single family, you may need to put down a minimum of 15%.

I think that within the larger presentation/context, you would think it made much more sense...Also, keep in mind that analytics is a purely back-end process -- it's collecting and interpreting data, but not necessarily using the interpretation of the data to optimize front-end processes.
