One of the local presidents for First American Title came to talk to us about the Enhanced Owner's Policy (I think they call it Eagle Policy or something along those lines).

I had lunch with the AIA committee president for this today too.The problem is the neighborhood plans.  

Hopefully President Trump will not support such changes.Mortgage interest for the buy and hold is fundamental to our world of REI.  

They do have a village president, so I'm not sure how much power the administrator position will have.  

I mean its a boat load of money to me but not to our president.  

Now we see that the President wants to eliminate all tax deductions, except for mortgage interest and charitable contributions.

You can go to the secretary of state's website and find out who the president of the corporation is on their filings and then try to find contact info for him or her.

I don't know if the current administration did away with that policy (or intends to do so) given our president's background in real estate.
