I am sure that this used to happen all the time, and I am sure that it still happens occasionally....however, i do not believe that "most" banks subscribe to this philosophy.

This philosophy has served me very well, especially in business, it is my foundation for my success.Others have been there for me before, most all of them are gone, it's time to pay it back, it's a duty.The duty can be overwhelming at times, while there is appreciation from many there is also rejection, but, you can't expect everyone to listen or agree all the time.

You'll need to get a little more dialed into your investment philosophy in order to effectively go about the "how"- Commercial Loan: Contact a local lender or mortgage broker. - Buy Land: Contact a location-specifc broker. - Find Builders: Network --> ask for referral based on your target marketIf this is your first acquisitions, I would take a strong look at properties that are well performing and stabelized (filled).
