I mostly inclined to 2-4 multifamily units.My goal is to acquire 2-3 properties by the end of next year.I talked to various banks this year but none was willing to invest in a property that needs rehab.If anyone can help me out on how to secure loans or finance my BRRRR movement..Looking forward to hear from you guys.Thanks,Larry

This is a two bedroom unit with the second bedroom on the third floor. bedroom 1 is done now for the living room. all the floors are glued and then screwed to prevent and squeaking and movement. just as a reminder this is a where it started to where it has come. it might look similar in the before and after but the big changes are a good size useable closet in the master bedroom 100% new electrical with at least 6 outlets per room.

Ultimately I decided the best option for me was simply a simple reed oil diffuser that's perpetually on sale at Walmart for $5 bottle, lasts 30+ days, and does not look like a those cheap dollar store twist-up air fresheners that looks like a cross between a toilet wax ring, a fly trap, and a skyscraper Smurf house.
