This reminded me of horror story I had when I was a renter and the property management company had little urgency in taking care of the issue.

MY CONTRIBUTION -I intend to contribute as much as I can, where I can, to help motivate others in taking their very first step towards Real Estate Investing. 

Scott recommend it.My question is who are the brokers in the metro Atlanta, GA area that are interesting or willing in taking on agents who are looking to actually pursue sales but will also be using their license to further their investment business?

I believe everybody should try things at least once, if they have any interest in taking on the project.

If anyone has any intake on this then please let me know.

I'm interested in taking some courses so that I can continue to train my mind to be successful in real estate, and defer my student loans so I'll have more cash to get into a property sooner.If anyone has any good recommendations for online community colleges with real estate courses, please let me know.

I'm going through Biggerpockets.com steadily to intake as much information as possible.

Also if we look at the job market, most jobs are deep in this area so people will want to live as close as possible to these hubs for jobs.I have posted quite extensively about the Utah market and other Utah facts if you are interested in taking a look.
