Here's my idea of what your "take aways" ought to have been, buddy ole pal:#1 - I have come to realize my knowledge of basic housing 101 is lacking to a degree that is life-threatening to my tenants.#2 - Now that I have come to this realization, I need to make educating myself on housing safety my number one priority, and until I obtain this education and can competently manage a residential building, I ought not to purchase any additional properties.#3 - In the meantime, I should probably consider hiring a property management company for the interim, and maybe retain their services indefinitely.

This was summer in central CA so I don't know why on earth she would offer such a thing, It was 100 degrees outside, but that was HER idea so I said they could stay as long as the birds never, ever, EVER go back inside my house.To their credit, they left the place spotless, but now Lucas has revived the latent horror of wondering how much those birds peed and crapped on my furniture.

The ones who are stable are seeing the opportunity in this, both from a foreclosure standpoint in being able to snap up properties and those who realize that everyone needs a home and there will be stimulus and with global warming, heat which scientifically is shown at 86 degrees to inactivate the virus on surfaces, making it much harder to pass.
