So I didn’t any inquiries for the first couple days and than I changed my listing to allow Mets and I got three in one day and I showed my place to a couple who are empty nesters in there late 50s who are both healthcare workers and they loved the place.  

Most health care workers don't get extensions sooner then 2-3 weeks prior to their contract end. 

I work in healthcare real estate (skilled nursing industry).

Being the state capital there is a network of state and federal jobs, healthcare is pretty big (Penn State Hershey Medical center and Harrisburg Hospital is a top pediatric hospital), distribution/warehousing is big, and diverse corporates jobs, etc.

Personally I think healthcare is a good route.

My wife has a good job with the health care system with great health benefits.

I worked full time in healthcare administration right before I got my license.

If you’re going to target it traveling healthcare professionals, I would specify the exact distance to the different hospitals in your listing description.I post on Airbnb, and I also have a mid term rental.
