I understand there are no shortcuts in this game, besides having a giant network of people who are very successful already.

Once you have completed (6) you can then go back and evaluate each step again to determine if there is a shortcut to avoid or lower costs of that step, or increase chance of success.

You can't take shortcuts.

No real shortcuts I can think of other than making a Word doc or spreadsheet detailing what needs to be done in the yard.

Do the work and quit looking for shortcuts.  

I use Outlook as my email host, which offers a lot of short cuts, one of which you can send to Podio with click of a button.   

While any and all education can be valuable, there is no shortcut to knowledge, experience and judgement needed for commercial real estate investing.

I wanted to look over some websites to I can get an idea of what is out there on those sites im not trying to take a short cut 

I found it by going into the files of the program and found it there, clicked on it and started it up, i do not know of a shortcut in the program to start it, i think you may be able to get it from the Customizing tool bar area of the program. 

It's a short cut for "and".
