Property profile / summary sheet

My wife recently made the comment that if I were to kick the bucket, she doesn't have a good understanding of our rental property status. We are getting ready to close on our third property and I figured it's time to get organized. I'm not looking for a web based solution to handle the PM side of the business - we have a PM engaged that handles the rent collection, maintenance, and tenant screening. Has anyone built a 2-3 page executive summary for your properties that has basic info such as: purchase price, ARV, lender, principal balance, tenant contact info, monthly rent/unit, insurance info, photos, etc? If so, is it something you are willing to share? What other info would be work tracking besides what I listed above?

I'm leaning towards building a basic spreadsheet to track this info and thought I should see if there are any good examples out there before I re-invent the wheel.

Thanks for the ideas.
