I tried searching BP for FF and "Furnished Finder" but it searches for each word, not a phrase.

In addition, I have made sure the floors are pet "proof" and furnishings (my unit is furnished) are durable but not so expensive that I can't replace them if needed.

Have you tried to furnish any of them and put them on furnished finder or corporate housing by owner?

We then furnished all the shared spaces and prepared the bedrooms with curtains and a new egress window in one.

No concept of the expenses like Linens and credit card fees and commissions and self employment taxes and cleaning fees and handyman fees and coffee type setup coats and furnishings etc. no concept of how rapidly people are jumping into short term rental and can drive down occupancy and prices over the next several years.

Cost of furnishing is not limited to the cost of furniture but labor costs to furnish home can be high.

I do allow pets as of now, but I'm also taking it from a Furnished Rental, to an empty Rental...and I'm trying to do some small value adds/updates while I'm doing this.

The house come fully furnished with linen and everything.
