What happens when someone refuses to carry their weight or steals your leftover pizza from the fridge?

At the time of photos (a few days ago) we were still finishing up the rehab so I took pictures of what was available at the time (there was no mirror in bathroom, the fridge and oven were on deck due to flooring installation, etc).

I don't really want people running fridges/freezers or electric heaters (these are metal non insulated units). 

I don’t purchase fridge unless good offer asks for it.

An SS appliance suite (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven), will probably run you $3k, depends on if you can find good deals and/or discounts in your area. 4.

Yes I know you can keep food in the refrigerator and theoretically they are supposed to be safe, but I don't know of one person who dared to leave food in the fridge and come back to eat them.

Do they know any properties coming up for sale.See if your tenants qualify under Affordable Housing guidelines this is not Section 8 but allows them access to free new fridge insulation doors windows etc.

Plus a good size fridge.
